- Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Items must be returned within [15] days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items (marked “No Returns/Exchanges”).
- Perishable goods, personalized/custom-made products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized alterations.
- Return Process
- Contact Us: Email: support@cactusplantfleastore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship Back: Send the item to the address provided, using a trackable shipping method.
Note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- We recommend insuring returns; we are not liable for lost/damaged return packages.
- Refunds
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
- Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to item availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
- If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos/videos of the damage.
